There is accessible public transportation near this proposed development site with the St. Clair streetcar stop located within walking distance and the Bloor GO Station a short drive to the south. There are also many restaurants in the area such as the Sabor Brasil Restaurant, Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill, Big Ragu, El Rancherito and Pho Xua.
