Tact Architecture Inc. is the architecural firm responsible for the interior design of the SCOOP Condos. This company is headed by Principal Prishram Jain and also has a full service interior design firm headed by principal Michael Krus. In 2009 they both decided to form Tact Development. This mid-sized firm won the coveted OAA Best Emerging Practice of 2012 Award.
